We started Good Dog after our own rescue, Biscuit, turned her nose up at every bag on the shelf. So we cooked her dinner ourselves โ€” and never looked back.

Feeding Guide

Start at the weight on the bag and adjust after two weeks, not two days. Most dogs need less than the label suggests, and we would rather sell you less food than more.

Shelter Program

Every twelfth bag goes to a shelter, chosen by our customers each quarter. We publish which one and how much.

Shipping & Returns

Free over $45. If your dog will not eat it, keep the bag and we refund it, once per flavour, no photograph required.

Contact Us

Two of us answer email, usually within a day. Tell us your dogโ€™s weight and what they eat now and we will tell you honestly whether to switch.

The three we get most: yes it is complete and balanced, yes you can mix it with what you feed now, and no it does not need refrigerating until it is opened.
