Free themes build in seconds. A full AI-designed store typically takes 5 to 15 minutes: the AI designs your homepage first, then converts that design into real Shopify Liquid code across dozens of files. You can watch each step on screen.

You need a Shopify store to install the theme, but you can generate and download your theme from Themr with any plan, including a Shopify free trial. Themr is not affiliated with Shopify Inc.

Your ZIP file contains a complete Shopify 2.0 theme: a layout file (theme.liquid), JSON page templates, section files with schema, a CSS stylesheet, and a config/settings_data.json with your brand colors pre-loaded. It installs directly from the Shopify admin.

Yes. Once you install the theme in Shopify, you can customize it with the built-in theme editor (no code required for settings) or edit the Liquid/CSS directly in the Shopify code editor. The generated code is clean and well-structured.

Yes. Editing your store in the Shopify theme editor and with our layout controls is free and unlimited. Asking the AI to rewrite a section is a separate paid action: from your dashboard, open the theme, hit the Refine tab, pick a section, and type free-text feedback like "make this hero more elegant" or "rewrite the testimonials in a punchier voice." Claude rewrites only that one section's Liquid, and the rest of the theme stays untouched. You'll see the change in the live preview in seconds.

No. The AI generates your theme based on your specific inputs — your store name, industry, style choice, brand colors, and product descriptions. Two themes with different inputs will look noticeably different. That said, Themr doesn't produce pixel-perfect custom designs; it produces a strong, on-brand starting point.

All themes generated by Themr are Shopify 2.0 compatible. They use JSON templates and section groups, which means the Shopify theme editor works fully for customizing layouts without touching code.

Themr offers 12+ sections, including: Announcement bar, Hero slideshow, Featured collection, Newsletter signup, Testimonials, Instagram feed, Product quick view, Collection filters, Brand story, FAQ accordion, Contact form, and Blog. The free theme is a complete Shopify theme with a single-product homepage, not a multi-section store. A store, $29 once, is the full AI-designed multi-page store with every section on offer. You can always add, remove, or reorder sections in the Shopify theme editor after installing.

From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes → Add theme → Upload zip file. Select the ZIP you downloaded from Themr and click Upload. Once uploaded, click Customize to preview it or Publish to make it live. The whole process takes under two minutes.

Yes. In the Shopify admin, after uploading, click Customize on the uploaded theme. This opens a live preview where you can see your theme and make changes using Shopify's theme editor before it goes live.

No. Installing and previewing a new theme does not affect your products, collections, pages, or orders. It only changes the visual layer. Your existing live theme stays active until you click Publish on the new one.

The free theme is a complete single-product Shopify 2.0 theme with your product and copy on it, built without AI, so it is $0 with no card. A store is $29, once: the full AI-designed multi-page store for your brand, with generated copy and imagery, up to three builds, one at a time, with your notes carried into the next one, and free to edit in the Shopify editor. White-label is $99 a month for agencies: our branding off, client workspaces, team seats, and 20% off every store and add-on while subscribed. Everything exports as a downloadable Shopify 2.0 ZIP.

One completed wizard run that produces an AI-designed store counts as one generation. Your $29 buys three builds from the same brief, one at a time, and you keep the one you like. Downloading the same theme again never counts. Free themes do not count either: up to five a day, no card. A video or animated hero is a separate $15 add-on. Existing Builder and Pro subscribers keep their monthly credit allowance, and unused credits roll over.

The $29 store is a one-time charge, so there is nothing to cancel. White-label is a monthly plan and you can cancel it any time from your account settings, as can existing Builder and Pro subscribers. Cancelling stops future billing at the end of the current billing period, and your generated themes stay saved to your account.

If none of the three builds of your $29 store are right, contact support within 7 days and we refund it. The same applies to the first month of white-label. We stand behind the product.

The free theme is the trial, and it is not a demo: a complete single-product theme, $0, no card. When you want the full AI-designed multi-page store with generated imagery and copy, it is $29, once, charged at "Build my store" after you have seen your free theme.

You can sign up with email and password, or use Google or GitHub OAuth for one-click login.

Yes. All generated themes are saved to your account and accessible from your Dashboard. Paid accounts can re-download any past theme at any time. Free accounts can view their most recent theme.

Yes. The information you enter in the wizard (store name, description, colors, products) is used only to generate your theme. It's stored in your account and not shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
